- receive feedback on the quality of workshops provided by you (we may also use this information in order to analyse the courses offered

2.4 You will ensure that any information or material you post or submit for publication on this site:

11.4 These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute save that we have the right at our sole discretion to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Refund Policy

No refund of our fee will be made once payment has been received and Clause 8(3) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that the statutory cancellation period of 7 days for services purchased over the internet need not apply where performance of the service has already commenced with the customers agreement.

Should you use our online payment facility this will activate the service as soon as we have been notified by Paypal of the same and by proceeding you agree to the advertising service to commence immediately,upon notification. Alternatively should you choose a different method of payment the advertising service shall commence once payment has been received by us

There may be some circumstances that may warrant a refund, however, this will be at the discretion of NAWP.

Under no circumstances will NAWP's liability exceed the payment received.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
